If you really like this girl and she likes you then give it a shot! Long distance relationships are a lot of work but if you really care for her then try. The key will be trusting each other and a lot of communication. Talk to her about it and maybe you can take turns going to see each other every other month or plan trips together.

Well fist of all Jules you'd have to tell her. Telling her does not need as much confidence as face to face. Just tell her and see what she says. Just tell her one day and say something like "there's something I need to tell you." Just send that. This will make her feel anxious and she'll want to know what it is right away. She'll think about it more which is a good thing. Have you ever seen her before? Has she seen you? Looks are not the most important thing but you don't want her to be butt ugly. Anyone can like someone far away from them. I know I used to like a guy that now lives in Michigan and I live in Wisconsin but you already know that. I only quit liking him because he hurt me real bad this summer (emotionally) and I think he knows it. But anyways you should tell her. A lot of girls are too shy to do anything so they wait until a guy makes the first move. Just tell her about it. I'm sure you'll be fine Jules. You seem really nice to me so I don't see any  difference with other girls. Oh and I'm sorry we haven't talked in such a long time. Meeting people on line is hard... and scary.  How far away does she live anyhow??   Sometimes we can't deny our feelings however on line we can be whoever we want so therefore people can paint these beautiful pictures of ppl they are not.  Be aware of that.  If you care about her tell her. Perhaps you can see her in person sometime and be around each other in real life to determine if there is definite connection

You didn't give much details but then i don't know how serious you are about her or her about you....are you serious enough to move to her area? or her move to your area? if not... I would suggest remaining Friends ....
