I need to know what "Higher Degree Functions" and the rational zeros theorem are. i also need all the "potential zeros" of H(x) if

h(x) = 8x^3-4x^2+kx-15

any help is appreciated. thanks!

    "Potential zeros" of h(x) if h(x) = 8x^3-4x^2+kx-15 are +/- any factors of the constant 15 divided by any factors of 8.

    The potential zeros are +/-1, +/-3, +/-5, +/-15, +/-1/2, +/-3/2, +/-5/2, +/-15/2, +/-1/4, +/-3/4, +/-5/4, +/-15/4, +/-1/8, +/-3/8, +/-5/8, or +/-15/8. <==ANSWERS
