  1. the best one to go with is at and t because it doesnt run off a modum and if the modum goes out so does the phone .. as with internet phone lines

  2. The business provider we use is from http://www.tiffanyvague.acnrep.com  I'm not sure where your located but we have unlimited local and long distance calling for $29.99 a month anywhere in United States, Puerto Rico, Canada etc.  You can also directly email her her contact information is listed on the front page near the bottom.

  3. at&t is by far the most reliable type of phone service, and from my experience the customer service is unparalleled. I would recommend it since the price is good for what you get. When running a business, you are looking for value, not the lowest price. If you shop for lowest price with telecommunications services, you are bound to get screwed. So depending on which service providers are available in your area, good choices would be AT&T, Verizon, Qwest, and Embarq(sprint.)  VOIP such as Vonage is a good alternative if you have a reliable internet connection setup such as a T1 circuit or even a business class DSL provided by you local phone company, but I would always put VOIP second to a major telephone provider because the clarity and quality of the service isn't quite there yet. So, in conclusion, you'd be better off with one of the major telephone providers if you're looking for reliability. And each one of those providers carry packages that provide unlimited long distance and every feature included, such as caller ID, call forwarding, call waiting, call waiting ID, three way calling, and so fourth. Prices typically range between 70-120 dollars monthly for a business grade unlimited long distance package(including taxes and surcharges.) Expect installation charges, but if you order online on one of the companies websites such as att.com, you are bound to get a better online-only deal. Good luck!
