I need hairstyle ideas for a fast east coast swing showcase?

I have medium length hair but need some ideas on how to style it for an upcoming showcase. I'm not going to be wearing a typical swing costume (no swirly skirt or dress)...it's more of a latin dress with a slant cut, so I can't be wearing pig tails or anything like that LOL. Any one have some links of some ideas?? My hair has to be out of my face.

Well, you could always do the ever-classic bun, but you'd have to make sure you pinned it REALLY well. Another hairstyle that can be both cute and s**y, and would probably work really well, is a pomp at the front into a low ponytail, and then just curl the ponytail.
