I need help, I cant find a lifevest for my cousin

My cousin is 12, about 5 foot, and for some reason, every life vest me and my parents have tried on him for the boat seems to come up on him. He weighs about 100 pounds (he goes to the gym alot with his father), and Im looknig for a vest that will fit him that has a crotch strap. Its the best thing we could do for him.
