I need help, copyrighten pictrure ???

Question

I am decorating my room and I thought that a mural would be nice....

Now I have found a out that some mural places have a custom mural option but the image I that I want to use is not mine

the mural is only going to be mine.( not sold, displayed, or public ) it will be in my room for myself

I need to know if it is ok to use this pic

please help,,,, tell me if it is ok to use if there is a way to make it ok to use or if i can get around it without getting in trouble

The link will not load the image. Since it's at the gamestop website I'm going to guess it is very likely copyright-ten.

You should ask the copyright holder for a one time non-commercial use waiver for private use. It may take a long time and there's a chance you may never hear back from them.

The company that makes the custom murals will not reproduce it if there is a copyright issue. It would be illegal for them to do so, since they are making money from the image. The fine for them could be hefty. They may be able to procure a license to reproduce the image for you.
