I need help, im trying to build a longboard from scratch and i want instructions on how to do it.?

trucks- look at brands and size, go for 150 or 180 for size

wheels- brands dont matter so much but look at what type. for starting id go for some big soft wheels.

bearings

board- sector nine, arbor, and gravity are all good brands. there are lots of different types of boards also, like pintail, carver, blunt, fish. look into these more.
