Maybe, throw a surprise party for her, Theme of the party being FAIRIES & dress her up as a fairy princess!

You cant go wrong with a sleepover; you could rent or buy some dvd's (high school musical/mean girls/clueless/bring it on) and buy some face packs and hair masks etc... theyll make there own fun. Or for you and her you could take her out to get har nails and hair done. good luck

I remember my sister had a libby lu's birthday party... I'm not sure if she's too old for that though, but that's my suggestion! It's perfect for girly girls because they do your hair, make-up, you create beauty products, and you have fun!

sleep over party, build a bear, libby lu, uhhh amusement park, water park, pool, ice skating , roller skating, hope this helps=]

have a make-over party some beaution places do them or look in the yellow pages because i had one when i was 10 it was great fun!

If she is anything like mine and all the other brats...uh darlings...then she is passing the Barbie stage and eyeing your car.

They love anything electronic these days and hate being outdone by their friends. So I would suggest a cheap family plan cell phone if you haven't already done that ( great for security too ), the ones with GPS tracking chips !!

If you don't feel she is ready for that yet, then X BOX 360 and find oout from her friends what their favourite games are, since she'll have them over every day to play them :)

That's all I have for you unless she has a hobby you can support for her? Art, Music, Sculpturing, Home renovations, Dress making ?

A gift card to her favorite store would certainly make her happy.  This is a good way for her to select something of her liking.

you should try a really cute luau (hawaiin) party. and invite all her friends and make it really decorative. most of the stuff you will need is available at party city stores if there is one in your town or city. if not, go online to their website. hope i helped, and tell her i said happy birthday!!!

When my 3 daughters were little, their favorite birthday celebration, was spending the day at a theme park, with Mum and Dad, a nice family day out, with a little extra for the birthday girl of course, boring these days eh. She's 12 yrs old will she not be making her own plans?
