I need help Anyone work for Virgin Mobile?

Ah...I feel completely screwed. I was given virgin mobile wild card from a previous owner. They not give me the Vkey or the secret question when I got to look at the top up page on the phone it says Network Unavailable. There is a phone number on it. The person who gave it to me is no where to be found now. Cannot get a hold of them. I feel screwed over but I really like this phone and want to use it. Virgin Mobile has been no help to me at all. They say I must have the Vkey even though I know the persons first and last name. Anyone know what I can do? Anyone work for VM customer service?

Let the phone sit for a few months and deactivate.  If you don't add minutes to it, it will deactivate the account.  Then try and reactivate it and it should work.  I have nothing for you short term though, sorry.

Go to virginmobileusa.com

And see if you can put that you forgot your vkey and you might be able to do that since they might send you something to your wildcard ....

Or activate it online and see what it does ... you might be able to do that to.....
