  1. If you're too afraid to give it to her personally, then leave it at her desk or somewhere else really obvious (somewhere that she'll have a good place to read it alone).

    Hope that helps!

  2. give it to her

  3. The same thing happened when I wanted to quit basketball. I just told my dad that since school was getting harder and more important, I would be to stressed balancing school and practice and traveling and stuff. He still wanted me to play but he understood better when I told him that. Maybe just try telling your mom that. Good luck. =]

  4. Hand it to her before you leave for school, or before you leave the house. That way you both have time to think about it and act rationally (if you think she might get upset...)

  5. Honestly don't tell her in a letter, the best way is face to face.  Just explain why you don't want to play.  For most people it's that they lost the passion.  It becomes more of an obligation than fun.

When i played baseball in high school, the coaches son didn't play his junior and senior year.  That's telling the coach/dad you just don't want to play anymore.  That's pretty tough, but basically he said it wasn't fun anymore.

Parents always want their kids to succeed in everything they do.  I'm betting your mom is no different, but she'll understand.  If she gets all pissy about it, don't argue, that will just make things worse.

    Hope this helps.

  6. Just tell her.

  7. write:

    dear mother,

i am not interested in vollyball this summer.it just that i have played it so much i just am getting tired of it!I hope u will not get mad!plz don't!i want to play something else this year!i was really scared to talk to u about this!but i now trust u to exept my what i am saying!i would not be scared inymore to come and tell u stuff i just need to know u will not freak out.

put it in a book she is reading.good luck!:)

  8. Just tell her, I don't want to do vollyball anymore. She will understand. Don't be afraid of your mom.

  9. dont write a letteer tell her str8 up what u want ........shes a mother she'll understand that u dont wanna play and she will still luv u no matter what so dont wry just be str8 up and honest and it will all work out

  10. I did that once. I typed this full pg letter to my dad. I was kinda nervous though, the letter expressed a lot of feelings Id never really shared with him before. Soooo I put it in the mail. Basically it depends on YOU. If you feel comfortable handing to her...go for it! If not just put it in the mail...

    Good Luck && God Bless!!!

  11. Really fast,

    Just tell her.

  12. idk put it in the kitchen or in her bedroom

  13. just say it to her, does she scare you is she abusive at all? That is odd you are scared to tell your mom, how old are you... Are you at college level? Does it help pay for your school? Or is it just high school.........Just quit and tell her, she cant make you play,Her only excuse could be to keep you active but if you have no prob getting exercise on your own than, be straight with her
