I need help?? How can i want to lose at least 30 pounds?

Is it really important to have 3 meals a day? What are some plans for a good diet?PLEASE help? Am gettin depress over this and really need a plan. Is takin pills effective or shakes? do they help?

  1. A big breakfast, a medium sized lunch and a smaller dinner is best with 2 or 3 small snacks in between.  Drink loads of water and try to fill up on fruit salad and veg.  Plenty of lean protein and wholegrains (choose brown instead of white for bread pasta rice etc)  Good luck


  2. were on da same boat!lol! i would say exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week. eat 6 meals a day breakfast snack lunch snack dinner snack. a snack dont meal bag of chips...lol...maybe fruit etc. grill all food. write down what you plan to eat in the moring this is really helpful. drink 64 oz water daily. no pills no shakes waiste of money!

  3. It's VERY important to eat 3 meals a day. If you starve yourself your muscles (if you have any) burns into fat and that makes your metabolism slower.

    I wouldn't go on a diet, but I'd eat healthier. Instead of eating ice cream as a snack, eat some fruit. Cut down on McDonalds and Burger King, and go to Subway. It's also important not to drink soda.

    the best way to lose weight is to exercise. jog for half an hour everyday outside and start doing jumping jacks/jump roping.
