I need help! I have worked as a CNA and a MED Aide for over 5 years well going through a rebelious stage I

Question

now have and assult charge which was dismissed but still shows up on my record and a petty theft charge. I have since gotten a letter from the vice president of the company that I stole from stating I paid everything back and they believe I am a good worker blah blah blah, but I can't seem to get a job. I move to Texas a year ago and still haven't found a job any advise?
