I need help. Immediately. Something went wrong with transaction ?

Hi. Okay, so I was on a website, I bought stuff for 30 bucks and it said pending on my card transactions. So, now 2 days later, I look to see if its accepted and INSTEAD now there are 2 transactions pending for -$30.00!! Holy %@^&, right??? I can't afford that ****. I am 5.00 away from having nothing, nadda, zilch! Luckily I get paid in a week or so, but I cant have this happen. I need that money. What the h**l do I do? I emailed them, no response. Its a trusted website and I've ordered on it before, but now what the h**l man.

So, now it says i have $5.00 available on my debit card. I was suppose to have 35.00 left! after i bought the 30 dollar items.

What happened? Why is this happening???

Contact the company to try and resolve the issue.  If you can't get ahold of anyone there, then call your bank and have the transaction stopped ASAP.

Look on the site you ordered from. There should be a spot that says "Contact Us" and if you select it there should be a phone number for customer service. Give them a call and explain what has happened. If the website cannot help you then you need to call your bank. They should be able to help.

well if you believed that you're being ripped off from that web site . what you can do is go to your bank branch office and talk to a banker and tell them what happen . what they would do they will file a undisputed charge with that company . so soon you will get your money back ..

call the phone number on the back of the credit card. you maybe hit the "send" button twice.

i had a similar situation, where they took out the money twise, but they realised on their own the next day, put the money back and send me a sorry email.

i dont knoe how to help, but  i know what your going thru.
