Okay how do sig digs work?

How many sig digs are in 750000? I am guessing that there are 2.

How many sig digs are in .00405600? I am guessing that is 6.

Also, how do estimate? Say if I have to round .000956433, to four sig digs. How would you round it?

Also, what are the rules for multiplying/dividing sig digs? adding and subtracting? Please help.
