I need help With a Competitor;s Analysis?

I cant find a table or some kind of a format can anyone help? I have all the information that I need about my competitors but I just need to put it in a table format or something... Thanks

What you are looking for is a format for a   COMPETITIVE POSITIONING chart.

The website may contain some,  enter the words above into a Google search bar and see what comes up.

You list all the competitor's features and map these against yours, and another column describes why your features are "better" than theirs.

There will be some features where theirs is better than yours, for those you need to think of some kind of "spin" to offset the effect of the advantage.
