I will give u a list please fit in places like this example :

  2. I thin all foods on that list can be part of a diet if eaten in moderation.

    Obviously some may not be the best for dieters (pizza, MD soda, fatty steak, etc...), but they can still have little portions.

    Maybe split the lists into Heathly and Junk foods. It would be easier to split them up then.

    Healthy:

    Yogurt

    Milk

    Lettuce

    Pickles

    Fruits

    Tomatoes

    Spaghetti (If made in a healthy way with little cheese and butter)

    Rice

    Meat (If not too fatty)

    Bread (Not over processed)

    Unhealthy:

    Pizza

    Mac&Cheese

    Diet Coke

    Mountain Dew

    Steak and Pork are both fatty, but not really unheathy if eaten in moderation

    Sauce is kinda in the middle, unless you're using huge quantities or it's super processed.


  3. If you want to loose weight, just follow 3 "NO" "NO" "NO":

    NO- bread. pasta (if you really want some , buy whole wheet)

    NO - sugar (if really neeeeeeeeeeed it, use splenda)

    NO - food after 6pm (if hungry - 1 apple acceptable ) ;o)

    try it  and you'll see result
