I need help about Scholarships and Loans!!!!!!?

Question

I am a Highschool drop out (respectively). I am recently going t get my GED next week. I am wondering if I can apply for grants/essay scholarships/loans, without having my GED right now. With reason i am getting it next week, and classes to a college i want to attend start the week after. Can you help?
