I am a Guest Relations Manager in a hotel and i am due to make a presentation about guest relations in our business review meeting. I need help on the scope of the presentation and any suggestions for improvements.

Do you do surveys on how happy they were with the hotel? If so are things great? Not so great? What needs improvement? Ask your staff for their assessment of how well they are doing with guests and where improvements should be made. Go to the many web sites that rate hotels to get ideas on what guests want ( maybe your hotel is on there).Since it is a business review meeting they are looking for a report on how things are going and what can be done to improve.
