I need help about the EARS...?

Hi, I am reading materials about the physiology of hearing and balance but I cannot seem to digest it. Can anybody help me to understand this topic. What are the ear diseases commonly encountered and there clinicl practic guideline? thank you very much!

I have attached a few sites first one is over the function of the ear middle ear and balance, second is over disorders, third will have a bit more treatment but some more over disorders too, they go hand in hand hope this helps.
