Well, June 26 my cell phone was stolen. I went through this big process to get my new phone through insurance. Now, that I have my new phone I have to activate it. So I called the number and listened to the computer help me through all the steps and then I had to talk to a representative. She talked me through more steps and then told me to hang up and dial *228. Well, I did that and it told me to refer to me booklet that came with the phone or online. Well, my booklet said to dial ##626* which I did and it started a whole different process of steps but, I need a code that the booklet said a representative should have gave me but, I never got it. So I redialed the phone number and now I have been on hold with the company for about 45 minutes! The code I need is called CDMA System ID. So what should I do?
