well my period went away last week and i have really bad cramps on my right hip not the hip the spot where the cramp starts and it really hurts what will i do.

Sounds like you are ovulating.

Could be several things, including appendicities. If u r concerned go to Dr. just for peace of mind.

That happens to me some months too, it happens when you are ovulating, sometimes it will switch sides too, it will hurt on whichever side is ovulating that month.
