I need help and someone with good ideas!?

Question

So I am 14 and a freshman in high school. I think I should have some idea of what i want to do when I grow up. I don't. Except for one idea. I think i am really good with doing things on the computer. For example making quotes(changing colors and fonts) and also with making videos. For some reason I just know a lot about computers! I think that doing something with them and pictures, video, fonts, and websites might be something that I would be good at and enjoy. Another thing I thought might fall into that category is making movie trailers.

Now this is what I am wondering...

1. Do you agree

2. How would I get into this?

3. What schools have a good program?

4. Salary

5. if you do this how it works and if you enjoy it.

6. What general classes could I take in high school to prepare?

Also a website with information would be great.

You still have awhile before you need to decide so don't freak out. First off you need to think of what Field you would want to work in and get a degree in at college. Most high schoolers where I am at start applying for college at the end of their junior year. It's good to get ahead but don't freak out. Hardly anyone even knows exaclty what they are going to be doing for a living early on in college and they can still be plenty succesful if they work hard enough. Sounds to me like you might want to look for some kind of college that could get into the movie making industry since there are plenty of jobs that go into making a movie that seem like they might fit you from what you described.

The only important thing you should be thinking of now though is which FIELD you want to major in and you may change your mind Plenty of times over the next four years. Trust me there is nothing to worry about.

your still 14 Hun you have a Long way to go, Sometimes you wont really figure out who you are until your 30 or even 40 years old.Through the years, you will change your mind on what you want to do with your life, because as you grow and mature so do your thoughts and the things that influence you. But we all know it's better to get ahead in life, just take it one day at a time. And focus on what you really love and want to do, it may benefit you in the future, good luck to you.
