I'll explain the answers so that you don't just memorize, but you actually learn, and thus it will be easier to remember for your test and such.

43.  A is correct.  you will get your licenses suspended, breath tests are used to convict people all the time, and they cannot sell your car... they could impound it though.

44.  C is correct because it is the best way to see everything around you.  if you only use your rearview, you can't see what's coming from the sides, and if you use your side mirrors, you can't see what's behind you, and your field of vision is very small.

45.  The answer is C.  if you drive at a constant speed, there's a higher chance of you going out of control and hitting something, whereas if you just ease of the gas, the car will slow down and get traction faster.  and if you slam your breaks, you'll skid and such.

46.  B is correct.  I don't think i have to explain this one.  but, people under 21 aren't allowed to legally drink... so they legally can't have alcohol in their system.
