I need help as my employers have told me that if I dont get better?

Question

at my job in a month's time they are going to have to let me go, what do I do?I just get so nervous and find it hard to calmly direct people to where they are supposed to go as I am afraid of making mistakes, what do I do?

concentrate on your job and do it well or leave employers can not afford to be sentimental or to mother you you are costing them money.

Just concentrate on your job and do your best to not think about what they have said. Obviously, it's too heavy on your mind and dictating your performance right now. So, just focus, and try like you never have before. They will wonder why they ever thought you of all people, couldn't get it.

Just have confidence in yourself! Don't worry about mistakes deal with them when they happen not before! Just go for it, you can either get sacked and do nothing or fight for your job!
