Okay, so I have this book that I need to read for an AP history class that I will be taking this year. School starts September 2nd and I have 10 days to read 488 pages of this super boring book.

Don't tell me I should have been reading it all summer because I just found out yesterday that I can get in the class (there was a schedule conflict). I've planned to read 50 pages a day, but the books is very hard to read and very boring.

I know I have to read it, but can I get some suggestions on how I can make this book more enjoyable and easy to read?

Thanks.

  1. Nope! Not possible. Books are soooo boring when you have to read them for history class. I had to read "The Source" ( more like the source of boredom), "The Prize" (more like the prize for most boring book ever), and "Wild Swans" (this one was ok). Lol. Good luck!!

  2. Just think that this actually happened because it did. Try to connect to a character. If all else fails, suck it up. You wanted to be in the class.
