  1. go here http://www.nvidia.com/object/balancedpc.... it is a computer comsumer reveiw site. You will want to have plenty  of gigs of memory to do the games or your computer will have a short life.

  2. First, any computer can surf the web. How fast will be determined by the internet service you get.  So if you want cheap and get dial up, it will be super slow. If you pay more and get DSL or Cable, it will be much faster.

There are three major things you want to look at when buying a computer for gaming.

1- Processor.  It’s rated in Gigahertz (GHz) and this determines the overall speed of a computer.

2- Memory. This is measured in Megabytes (MB) or Gigabytes (GB. There are roughly 1,000 megabytes in one gigabyte.) This is what the computer uses to run your game. Usually more is better. Not always… windows Vista will not recognize more than 3-3.5GB of ram.

3- The Video card. This is the hardware in the computer that draws the images you see in the game. This also has memory and a video processor. Will also be measured in MB.

There are other aspects that are not as major but still play a role in how your computer will handle games.

    • Hard drive. This is where your computer stores information. You don’t want to get anything too small because you might fill it up quickly.

    • Sound card (unless you want to connect surround sound speakers to your computer, what comes with most computer should do the job nicely. No need to upgrade.

What you really want to do is find a couple of games that you want to play (world of warcraft, etc.) and write down the minimum and recommended specs on the box. You do not want to get the minimum but try to get as close to the recommended or pass that if you can. Unfortunately, there is no “one size fits all” answer. Your budget will determine just what you will get. Remember that things like video cards and ram are usually easily upgrades. CPU on the other hand is much harder. This should give you an idea. Once you have more details you can ask again.

  3. I'm sorry, but I think that you posted this under the wrong category....buying a computer has nothing to do with an amusement park.

  4. First step: Don't post this in the "Amusement Park" section of Yahoo! Answers.

Secondly, to somewhat help you....considering that you did not even know the proper place to put this, I will guess you don't know much about technology. So I would just tell you to go to www.dell.com and call Dell and have them build you a computer over the phone.
