I need help calling manchester england!?

I am trying to call someone in manchester from baltimore , maryland

i keep getting "your call can not be completed"

does any one kno how to get my call through!??!?!??!?

011 44  and then the number  - if the number you have looks something like this

07 923 44444   - drop the 0

Put (0044) before the number, and drop the first 0 off the phone number.

E.g. 016xxxxx
