I need help choosing a compact digital camera please!?

i love taking pictures of landscaping , like flowers and sunsets. And i want one that is good at doing that while still being able to take good pictures of people like at parties. Got any suggestions?

frankly, most of the digital camera nowaday can do very good job on landscape and closeup shots.  when you select a camera, pick the one with VR (virbation deduction) feature that could help when u do close-up.

I personally pick Nikon Coolpix (cause of VR)

One word C A N O N.................Canon pictures are better quality overall, less grainy, the clarity is impeccable, the pictures are just absolutely amazing.

I say kodak.  You can get a kodak printer with it.  I heard the ink for kodak was relativety inexpensive.

kodak z1275. its 12.1 megapixel with a 5x optical zoom. its great
