I need help choosing which bedspread & cool designs to go with it, like walls, art, even carpets, everything!?

I definitely like the first one best because, as you said, it's more relaxing.  Here are some things that might work with it.

You might also consider just getting a plain brown comforter like one of these and accenting with some pillows. That way if you get tired of the blue, you can easily change the look to brown and pink, brown and green, brown and orange. Save the dots for wall decals and pics (below).  You might consider "framing" your bed with a decal you like.

This isnt on the links but its cool to have the bed be black and white (even zebra pattern could work!) and then the pillows on it to be blue! or small details to be blue! It gives iit an exotic edgy looks :)

I like the first one best. It is cute and fun but t the same time it is subtle and as you said very relxing. Although the second is cute as well im going to have to go with the first one! :P

I would go with neutral colours then you can switch it up with bedspreads, something a bit relaxing for the winter and something energizing for the summer
