is there any way i can restart every thing on my computer and taking off all add on programs

Sure.  You reformat and reinstall.  Or you use your recovery partition or disc set (if you have them) to get you back to "as delivered".

There are three(3) options:

1. If you have recovery disc available, that's one! You just have to insert the disc during boot-up then follow the instructions.

2. You may perform SYSTEM RESTORE. Your technician should have create a restore point for you to be able to get back where you feel your computer is working well. To do this, click START button - PROGRAMS -- ACCESSORIES -- SYSTEM TOOLS -- SYSTEM RESTORE. Look for the date or name wherein your computer works very well.

3. Lastly, If the two options are not available then you have to REFORMAT or RE-INSTALL your computer.
