first of all, it sounds like it's a tarot card set. It doesn't sound like a jack, ace, queen king type of card deck. The only thing I know about tarot cards is that you shouldn't mix and match the sets. If you were to lose one card, package up the rest of the deck and buy yourself a new set.

if you are looking for a regular deck of cards, I believe that the dollar tree sells them for pretty cheap. go ahead and buy a new set.

You have a lot of random cards that don't all work well together. A Deck must be between 40 and 60 cards and must follow the current ban list. Any card not on the list as banned, limited, or semi-limited you can have a maximum of three of the card in your deck and side deck combined. You might want to try a deck-out deck. If you cause your opponent not to have any cards left to draw during their draw phase, you win.

3x Needle Worm -common in Gold Series and very easy to get for little to nothing.

1x Morphing Jar

1x Mystical Space Typhoon

1x Monster Reborn-You can use this card on a monster in your opponents graveyard so it is especially useful in decks with alot of weak monsters.

1x Magical Mallot

Someone else suggested a starter deck, let me tell you i bought 3 of the new 5d's started decks and you cannot run one without A LOT of normal monster support.

its not impossible,but it'll be pretty hard.I would buy a starter deck.I suggest the new 5d's or dark emperor deck.the cards in these starter decks go together really well.And they are only $9.95.So try it.
