Question:

I need help controling my anger before i hurt someone, any advice?

There's a few people at school I cannot stand at all, and these passed several weeks ive been having horrible rage issues, like with punching my wall making it swell up almost breaking it and now im having thoughts about seriously injuring them, I dont want to hurt them, I need help. what do I do?

  1. You need to talk to mental health professional right away. You need to go to anger management to get the tools on how to handle your anger. It's really the only option. You have to vent somehow and it's better to do it on your own than have it court ordered because you hurt yourself by punching the wall or hurt somebody else.


  2. find something soft to hit as hard as u want to relieve the anger like a punchin bag as easy as that no need for doc's and stuff

  3. talk to a counselor, either at school or some type of mental health professional take up boxing or kickboxing or running or some type of activity to release that rage. No one you are mad at is worth you ruining your life over, and if you were to assault these people, that is exactly what would happen, you would be messed up and they will go about their merry way. It would also cause a lot of stress for your family and friends, do not give them the power to control you in that manner.

  4. ignore them as much as possible

    told other people to back off

    break away from school for a while take your time to recovery your hand

    speak to your guidance and friend, .......

    parent if possible, i know they are lame but they are older and wise  

  5. Sounds like you need help!!! Not trying to sound rude, but it is the truth. And you have to tell someone the truth. I recommend talking to a counselor before something really happens. Even though you might be embarrassed at first, you will realize that it could help you a lot. You even could hurt yourself, and you don't want to do that. Just be careful out there.
