I need help creating a website?

I have been creating a website and im almost done I just need to put in the sign up part does anyone know where I can get or make one that has email adress, password, username, and nickname?

if you just want the sign up form to be sent to you, you can create a form and use a free mailing form script from the internet.

You can use something like http://www.response-o-matic.com/ to generate the code for you if you're unfamiliar with forms for now until you learn more about forms.
