I need help cutting off moles?

i have moles on my stomach that are breaking and scabbing like crazy due to surfing i am broke so can't afford surgery, tht special surfer shirt, or mole remover cream so plz don't say tht i need help with

1. best way to numb the pain

2. Best way to cut it off

3. Best way to prevent infection

I know you said you are poor, but you definately should not do this by yourself...it may cause an infection. Also, the moles could be cancerous and need to be checked. If you can afford a computer, and a surf board, you should be able to afford a doctor mole check up. If not, get a job, because, it's important to visit the doctor in these kind of situations. Plus, you probably don't need surgery, the dermatologist/doctor will just cut it off...it's no big deal, it's easy and over with in a minute. It will also heal faster. In the mean time, wear a regular old T-shirt or something so they don't get worse while surfing..

If you go see your doctor/physician, he/she will cut them off for you. I had a mold cut off by my doc before, and you don't need surgery.  As for preventing infection, I would say use polysporin or some similar product.  I don't recommend doing it yourself, but if you need to numb it, use ice. and take pain killers.  Some moles can be cut off with string, or a sharp blade.  But really, just go see your doc!

your crazy if you do it on your own. It will hurt and will cause a nasty infection. Try covering them with something when you surf.
