I need help dancing?

ive been to a bunch of parties and school dances and all that but every time i just stand or sit on the side with most of the other guys while all the girls dance. they always try to get me to dance but i really just cant dance. ive asked this quetion before and people always say just go out on the dance floor and do whatever and move to the beat but i seriously cant dance. any advice? or like any videos or whatever. please help

Not everyone can get on the floor and just start dancing. I suggest you have a few lessons, maybe salsa or streetdance, something just to get you started and used to moving to the beat. It might seem like a daunting thought but you may enjoy it. Lots of classes are really relaxed and fun and full of people like you who want to learn to dance!

Trust me there isent alot of people who know how to dance in clubs or school dances. But the main part is that your having fun. For girls its probably easier to dance but guys might just step together and smile.. try
