I have been exercising 5 days a week, (usually taking weekends off) doing lots of cardio and toning weights and really watching what I eat and how much. I really want to get fit and lose weight, and usually I am fine, but tonight I am at work thinking of potato chips and burgers ( I am a vegetarian and I would never eat meat of any kind) but I feel like a damm addict having cravings for a drug! Which is JUNK FOOD! I could really use some advise as to how to deal with these moments and words of encourgement. Any input is totally appricated! TY
