Question:

I need help dealing with this!?

I have been exercising 5 days a week, (usually taking weekends off) doing lots of cardio and toning weights and really watching what I eat and how much. I really want to get fit and lose weight, and usually I am fine, but tonight I am at work thinking of potato chips and burgers ( I am a vegetarian and I would never eat meat of any kind) but I feel like a damm addict having cravings for a drug! Which is JUNK FOOD! I could really use some advise as to how to deal with these moments and words of encourgement. Any input is totally appricated! TY

  1. Sometimes you crave what your body needs.Protein for example.Try eating something high in protein like peanut butter or any nut for that matter. Do something to take your mind off of food.


  2. the only advice i can give is print out a picture, like a picture of a body that you want to have. and think to urself that you have to make this sacrifice to be able to reach ur goal.

    tell yourself that breaking down once will ruin ur entire routine. and just stay true to yourself

  3. one burger a week is fine...i guess you can try making your own mock meat or soy meal burger at home...
