I need help deciding on a barrel for my new tippmann custom pro. I want to pay under $60 and I also want a sniper barrel. If possible I also want a threaded one. Any help on this one. Thanks in advance.

  1. you could go twenty inch progressive from SmartParts if you really want a long barrel for looks.  However, the accuraccy increase from a fourteen inch to a twenty inch is minimal.  Its a very solid barrel for a very solid price

  2. I would actually stay away from smart parts barrels, i have a 16" J&J performance ceramic barrel on my 98 custom and i can out-shoot my friends smart parts 2 piece barrel.

  3. If I see sniper, I post this video:

A Palmers Brass Barrel has a unique bore to fit and accurately shoot differently sized paintballs:

(not longer than 16", porting not needed on a Tippmann, .690 bore)

An Apex tip can extend range but the farther you shoot, the less accurate the shot will be and the more likely the paintball is to bounce due to the slower speed.
