I need help deciding what to get for my first tattoo?

Question

I have decided to get a tattoo in about a month..i would like a short quote from the Bible about love and i have a few in mind..but i would like your thoughts..what are some beautiful verses you like?

also, where do i get this..i'm thinking side or wrist (if it is small)

I have a sleeve of tats. Best advice I can give you is get it in a place where it can be covered up ( incase you might need a job or attend a wedding , ECT) . Don't get a flash tat ( the ones that are hanging on the wall of a shop). Get a tat about a life changing experience for you and only you. For example I just broke up with someone so my next tat is going to be newtons 2nd law of motion (we always fought) written numerically.  I would suggest if your doing a bible verse put it under your neck ( on your back of course) that way it can be seen when your wearing a tee shirt but can be covered by a collar in case you have to go to court LOL (I know from experience)!

the second one, it's my mum's favourite scripture, but that will not fit on your wrist, you'd need it on your side, if you do the writing too small it will all blend together eventually and be unreadable.

why don't you tell us the ones you have in mind. So that way your tattoo is still meaningful to you. But in the end you should come up with it on your own so its personal.

A white rosebud just slightly open. White roses are the symbol for purity, which is why they are often used at weddings. I think this would be a perfect first tattoo esp. as the shading in the white would be stunning. Then, place two intertwined gold circles above or below the rosebud to signify completeness.
