I need help decorating my room

Question

Ok, Well my room is like the normal size kind of small room. My room is like a light blue, but not like baby light blue, greyish blue, but still blue. I have a red polka dot comforter, that was on sale at IKEA last yr. And i am getting curtains, and i dont know what colours/pattern to get. I want my room to be like colourful and funky, but then i want it to be like, red,white,black,,like funktional. What colours should i get, and what else can i do to my room to make it nice? thanks

You can put cool color light bulbs in your room or you can  build a funky looking shelf
