I need help...desprate?

Question

I am helping with a kids vb camp and i need some setting drills or games. somthing fun that doesn't require alot of skills. i have to think of something I can't find any easy drills or games at all. I am the setting director so i need someting for setting. btw i'm only 15 and i want these girls to see me as a role model not hate me for pushing 'em to hard. plz help

Some setting drills you can do are if you have basketball nets, you can have the girls set and try to make a hoop. Or you can have them do mini sets to themselves and they have to slowly get down on the floor, while setting and lay down and get back up. A good way to teach the propper hand work is to imagine they are super-man. Start with their hand at their hips, so they are semi-cupped and then have them put them above their heads. I hope that these work out for you.

playing king of the court would be fun

have a team of 3 on each side

having one side be the winning side

and whoever wins the round moves to that side of the court

if your tossing balls in instead of them serving it makes it funner

maybe going at a fast pace will get the kids running and pretty fun

and as far as setting, you can have a rule saying they can only set the ball
