I need help doing something amazing for my fiancee on our anniversary.?

It'll be our 1 year anniversary from the day we became a couple..... What can I do for him that would be completely amazing, but low cost. We're planning a wedding, so cash is tight. But I really want this to be memorable, so guys what would you want? if its s*x don't be vulgar, but please be more indepth.

For my one year anniversary, I made a booked titled "The ABCs of You and Me."  And then for every letter of the alphabet, I put things that we loved or inside jokes.

Like C for Camping--that time we froze to death in our tent and thought bears were going to eat us.  

H is for Happy cows come from California (an inside joke).  

L is for Legends of the Fall (our favorite movie).
