I need help evry thing that stoped me is gone what do i do?

Im a frequent cutter and now the only two things thats keeping me alive are gone. The first are my dogs i told them every thing that i needed to say and then the last would be my ex best friend said over an email saying that we are no longer best friend because of a dream that she had and now every night i cry but now i cant even cry because all i feel is nothing as some say that ive became completly numb please she dosent even miss me from what i read on her yahoo please i have nothing left tell me what to do i cant get away from her almost all of my stuff came from her what do i do please i have absolutely no one left to stop me please help.

Try to reach out to her and ask if she'll try talking to you again. Why don't you try speaking to a professional, cutting yourself doesn't change the fact that your problems are still there. Hanging in there sweetie, theres always hope for you, Hope this helped take care please. Don't just throw your life away.

I have been in a situation where a friend gets upset at me and I did absolutely N.O.T.H.I.N.G wrong!

1st - you can't blame yourself and that is what you are doing. Come to accept that some things are out of your hands - you unfortunately cannot control everything.

Give your friend time to get over whatever self indulgent issues he/she has.

After 2 weeks or so - let her know you miss her and if she is willing to let go of a friendship because of a dream - that she was never truly a real friend and I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you don't need people like that in your life.

2ndly, which this should have been #1 - seek professional help about the cutting. I know it may seem helpful at times but you have to get to the underlying issue here as to why you feel you have to cut yourself to feel.

Lastly, get a new dog - I want one too - so I know how you feel having one be taken from you - no other dog can replace them but hey they are there for you - so I'm sure the 2nd may not match up to the 1st but they will be as loyal. =)
