im a male 18 , i lost weight and got down to 160 and i still need to get down to 140 but its like as im trying to lose more weight my hunger gets stronger. i didnt starve myself to lose the weight i excersised and ate kinda healthy but not 100 % but the point is i ate . now i still eat good portioned sized meals but it seems like thats not enough for my stomach because my throat starts to hurt if i dont eat. even after i eat my throat still hurts for food. plus im 5'6 160 and im not flexible or not defined. people still compare me to teddy bears and i hate it becase i work out hard and i hate what im becoming. please dont give me diet tips just tell me whats wron with my body. i still have the face arms and calves from when i was 280 my hands and feet are fat too. why am i 160 and still being called fat. i do look fat in the mirror but why ? my uncle told me to get down to 145 but how can a little 15 pounds slim my face and the rest of me ?
