I need help figuring out how to use my electrical can opener?

Black and decker extra tall can opener plus, how do you use it??

I'm trying to make spaghettios for me and my lil bro

but idk how to use it so... help!

Well I hope you figure it out, because I love spaghettio's too.  

Your link to the pic didnt work. But I would say:

Lift up the top part.... See the sharp triangular-shaped little silver metal thing? You have to poke that through the can. It goes right inside of the outer ring around the can. Put the can under the top of the can opener and push down the top so that the metal thing pokes through the can opener. Then it should spin and open it!
