I need help figuring out the kanji and some directions to a place in kyoto

Question

Ok, so the address is 京都市中京区新京極四条上る中之町554美松別館2階

The only Kanji I got was Kyoto-s**+. Any help would be nice and if someone could give some directions from a train station or something that would be great. Thanks.

From JR Kyoto station,

1, Take subway Karasumaru line to Shijo station.

2, Take Hankyu line to Kawaramachi station.

3, Then walk northward.

The above is a map. But it does not include Kawaramachi station. The station is over south end of the map. So you have to walk northward from the station.

The nearest station is Hankyu Kyoto Line, Kawaramachi. Get on surface street through exit No.9 on Sijo-Dori blvd at Tokiwa bldg. You are on Shin-Kyogoku Dori to North back on Sijo-Dori.

Go North awhile west onward and pass few blocks you'll find the place of the building on right side. There is a police station in front of  the entrance of No.9 exit for your help if necessary.
