I am seeking council for the accident involving a hit 'n run incident In Alberta last year resulting in my father's death, there is currently an investigation in place but my family has disregarded to have me any part of. I am a 32 year old single mom and live in BC, where I was raised most of my life with my father who had a full time job for many years here in BC before his death. I feel there is alot more to do with just the hit n run case and also involves a family member who had taken part in removing his life support without intentions of informing other family members in thier own discretion and also resulting in the discharge without any of the family aware resulting in his immediate death. I thnk this was heartless and uninformative on that part. It's unfair and alot of questions need answering. My father is greatly missed and a well respected man, why would anyone in his family want to do this to him. I feel this could be more then just acccident related.
