I need help finding a perfect date spot in the Chicago area?

My birthday is coming up and I am going on a very special date with someone I really like. Its up to me to find a place to go. I am looking for somewhere unique to go. Im tired of doing the same ol same ol dates. i dont want to be a too expensive date. So can someone please give me some places that are fun and interesting. Pereferably on a College student income. lol

Carols Pub on N clark street in chicago ill & wed is Band Night!!!!!    No dress Code either, & its ALL COUNTRY THERE....

Bandera (535 N Michigan...I think) It is a nice restaurant with great views. Try there.

Plan a picnic somewhere in the park.  Pack a special meal (use your imagination).  You could start with little gifts (inexpensive but from your heart).  Being at a picnic with just the two of you will command the attention to each others presence.

Wear a cute little outfit (suggestive but not too daring).

He will remember it as special and forever!
