I need help finding a rat cage.

I am getting 2 pet rats soon and i don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a cage, can someone go on petsmart and send me the links to some good, cheaper cages, Thanks alot.

Well, the best cage I've come across is the Super Pet My First Home for Exotics. It is $99.

Don't worry about the cost, just realize that this cage will last through many generations of pets. You're not spending $100 on a cage for 2 rats. You're spending $100 on a cage that'll last through however many rats you may get in the future, after these pass away, as well.

If not that cage, just look for something with the same (or similar) dimensions (30"L x 18" W x 30"H) and with bars less than 1' inch apart.

Petco has the perfect $90 rat cage, the Petco brand rat mansion. It has 1/2" bar spacing. Most other cages you have to modify or they can squeeze out. Even most adult rats under 500g can get out 1" bar spacing.
