I need help finding a specific chess game.?

For important reasons, I need a game played between two relatively well known players where:

Black wins or draws.

Black's king's pawn makes it across the board and is queened (or knighted).

Black's king's pawn survives through the whole game.

and use the search criteria to search for games where Black wins.

For famous players, select Player = Black, then use the drop-down to choose the player's name... Just about all the famous IMs are there... Kasparov, Fischer, Karpov, Anand... etc...
