I need help finding a specific website?

I once stumbled upon a website that I can't seem to find anymore. It was a site where companies or people would post an issue they would like to have resolved, and then post a reward if you solved their problem.

For example: We need a stronger fabric for swim suits.

Then they'd post a reward, $10,000 for example.

Engineers, chemists, physicists and inventors mostly would try to solve the problem, and claim the reward.

It was a pretty nice website. Well developed, registered users. I've searched all morning, with no results.

If somebody can help me out, i'd greatly appreciate it.

There are all kinds of technology challenges around, but the X-Prize Foundation is probably the one you're thinking of.
